Why is it a facination to the younger generation of these “Outlaws”?
Many seen to think that a harsher penalty would do the trick but in reality is makes them more and more rebelious. At the New York drug treatment center we hear all about how they become more rebelious if penalized. Giving them a safe drug rehab treatment would help them to stay on a safer path.

I will agree with Gordman! The escalating drug consumption/dealing is still a huge problem to rectify.
More and more we attempt to lower the problem by enforcing strong repercussion’s and longer jail time but what about a Drug rehab where they can be DRUG FREE!

Britain still needs more serious norms… drugs remain a problem hard to control. Drug abuse, drug dealing and smuggling and alcohol problems should be major concerns because these high consumption rates lead to further felonies and crimes.

You are just what I am looking for, the way to get them, is to have a large coalition. Citi Bank is now making a small payment on a old expired date credit cards to reactivate. It seems they have bought up old Sears exspired accounts, they then contact the person, then make a small payment out of there own pocket to reactivate it then sell it off to Pinnicle out of chicago. This to me is a crime! and information should be filed against them. A large example must be set to stop this. Citi Card processes Exxon Mobile, Sears. Citi Card should be nailed! Mailing a stament through the mail, could be using the mails to defraud also. I feel the Federal Attorny General’s Office, should also go after this. I am from Vermont and am going to bring it up to my 2 senators, Sen. Leahy, and also Sen. Sanders, and my Representative Peter Welsh! I want their Ass! Also to the AARP, as they are hitting on Seniors. You could never get rid of a Debt with this crap going on! They also freeze your bank accounts, and other nasty stuff. The House has to have Oversite hearings on these bastards!
