On Monday evening, my “Inbox” was hit with a number of email from various organizations trying to kill the immigration bill.  I am providing a sample for you.  For months I have been telling you these people are extremely well organized.  They claim to be Republican, but have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE GOP.  They are using their claims of “Reagan Conservative” to manipulate and dupe anyone who will listen.  We’re talking Ron Paul people here, people who think we are evil, George W. Bush is the tool of the devil, and Giuliani is Satan’s Candidate!

“I judge from the applause at the most recent Republican presidential debate that the people in the audience at least still equate patriotism with supporting the war of the day.

Rep. Ron Paul of Texas, the only intellectually honest candidate in the bunch, correctly pointed out that it was our policy of interventionism that caused the attack on 9/11.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, intensely uncomfortable at having been forced to talk about his liberal positions on abortion, gun control and gay rights, leaped at the opportunity to reprimand Paul for suggesting that we had invited the attack. “I’ve never heard that,” Giuliani snapped, showing that he is ignorant even on matters of security, and demanded that Paul retract it. He didn’t, of course. But Giuliani got a big round of applause, as if he had come to the defense of America rather than just cleverly change the subject.

Osama bin Laden, the author of those attacks, has said quite plainly, publicly and explicitly that the attack was prompted by our intervention in the Muslim world. It is outrageous that Giuliani claims not to know that, given that his whole campaign is based on his claim of being the best-qualified leader in matters of security and the so-called war on terror.

Actually, Giuliani isn’t an expert on security. He’s a lawyer and a political hack. The attack on 9/11 was a political gift of the gods to him. He walked up and down the street in front of the television cameras, gave speeches and went to funerals, and for that he received the accolades of the press.

Giuliani is not a leader. He is a cynical exploiter. He exploited the attack the day it happened, and he’s exploited it since to make a fortune posing as an expert security consultant. Now he hopes to exploit the tragedy, which, like the president, he had done nothing to prevent, to get the Republican nomination for the presidency.

By demonstrating his ignorance of the cause of the attack, he has disqualified himself from consideration.

Sad to say, Sen. John McCain of Arizona is not the man he was seven years ago. He’s gotten old, and in his old age has become an evader and an equivocator. He makes the same tired prediction of terrible consequences if we get out of Iraq, but he has no solutions except to do more of the same.

As for al-Qaida taking root in Iraq, he is apparently unaware of how the tribal sheiks in the western part of the country have annihilated al-Qaida in their region. One of the sheiks boasted recently, “We did in three months what the Americans haven’t been able to do in four years.” Trust me, al-Qaida will not survive our departure from Iraq, which is why al-Qaida, above all, wants us to stay.

The only ones who impressed me were Paul, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and Rep. Duncan Hunter of California. Rep. Tom Tancredo of Colorado came up with the best line of the night. Remarking on the liberals trying to become conservatives, he quipped, “There have been a lot of conversions tonight, but the only conversion I trust was the conversion on the road to Damascus, not the conversions on the road to Des Moines.” It got a good laugh. our presidential election system is broken. By front-loading the primaries, only multimillionaires can raise the money necessary to get well known. The lesser-known – and this year the more-qualified – men have an uphill struggle.
 
After you read this by Charlie Reese, if you consider voting for Giuliani as the “lesser of two weevils” in 2008, then you are part of the problem in this country.  Giuliani doesn’t get my vote, if the opponent is Satan himself, or Hillary, which may be worse.  When do we quit being frightened into voting for Socialist Party B?  Using the “good cop – bad cop” tactics, for many decades, the now completely phony “two party system” (which manages to act in concert to protect each other from the real alternative of third parties) has brought about the destruction of this country.

Jimmy Carter provided the first amnesty for illegal aliens, and promised it would never happen again.  It has happened one or twice since then, but this one, about to perpetrated by George W. Bush is of such a criminal magnitude that he should be tried for treason. 

NB:  My criticism of the two major political parties in no way disparages the more-or-less honest citizens (however deluded) who work at the grass-roots levels to attempt to save this country through political activity.  They may be dupes, but there are many good people among them, in BOTH parties!”

Do I need to convince readers that any kind of amnesty will put America on the fast track to ruin? The United States simply cannot absorb upwards of 60 million, mostly unskilled, non-English-speaking, migrants in the next few years. It just is not possible. (LIE)

 

Already, America is reaping the consequences of unbridled illegal immigration. Americans are being squeezed out of work by illegal immigrants who will work at significantly reduced wages. Of course our unemployment is low: Americans are working two or three jobs just to make ends meet. (LIE)

 

Add to the strain of the loss of good paying jobs the strain of an ever-growing financial burden to taxpayers. For example, Heritage Foundation scholar Robert Rector recently released a new study entitled, “The Fiscal Cost of Low-Skill Households to the U.S. Taxpayer.” In the report, Rector notes that two-thirds of the millions of illegal aliens in this country fall into the category of “low-skill” households. Contrast that with just 10% of native-born Americans falling into that category.  Writing for National Review Online, Byron York states, “Rector found that in 2004, the most recent year for which figures are available, low-skill households received an average of $32,138 per household–the great majority in the form of means-tested aid and direct benefits…. Against that, Rector found that low-skill households paid an average of $9,689 in taxes…. In the final calculation, he found, the average low-skill household received $22,449 more in benefits than it paid in taxes…” (MANIPULATION OF FACTS)

 

According to World Net Daily, “If the lower figure of 12 million illegal aliens is used for estimation purposes, the [current] total tax burden translates to $2.2 trillion.” (MANIPULATION OF FACTS)

 

It doesn’t take a mathematical genius to calculate that with an added 60 million mostly unskilled immigrants moving into the country, the financial cost would be more than taxpayers could possibly pay for. (LIE)

 

Consider also the toll upon America’s safety and security. Already, law enforcement agencies are very much cognizant of a surge of Latin American “ultra-violent” gangs (MANIPULATION OF FACTS)that have sprung up in more than 40 U.S. states. According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), one gang called MS-13 has been identified in 42 states. Another group called the 18th Street Gang is in 37 states. According to FBI MS-13 National Gang Task Force director Brian Truchon, “When the gang migrates throughout the U.S., there is always a road back to L.A. From L.A., there is always a road back to Central America.”

 

Retired lawman Jim Kouri recently wrote, “According to Lt. Steve Rogers, a decorated cop and award-winning writer, there are tens of thousands of murderers, rapists, child predators, robbers and drug dealers who are illegally in the United States. One study shows over 200,000 criminal aliens are preying on U.S. citizens.”

 

As I have previously noted in this column, illegal aliens already murder at least 12 Americans every day.  (LIE) Think of the potential violence that another 60 million aliens will bring. (ABJECT FEAR & RACISM)  Not to mention the threat of potential terrorism.

 

America’s law enforcement communities are keenly aware of the probability that international terrorists have already infiltrated the United States due to our lack of border control.

 

For example, William Gheen, President of Americans for Legal Immigration Political Action Committee (ALIPAC), recently said, “MS-13 and other illegal immigrant gangs are bringing in the illegals, drugs, heavy weapons, and possibly terrorists. (LIE) The biggest threat from their members is contained in the multiple intelligence reports provided to Congress indicating that Al-Qaeda and MS-13 are now working together (LIE) to smuggle terrorist operatives and materials into the U.S.” (LIE)

Almost everybody believes that the U.S.A. needs immigration reform. I’d like to propose that we study immigration systems in other countries, to see what we can learn from them.

It’s arrogant to assume that we Americans have all the answers, and that no other country can do anything better than we can.

Some of the biggest critics of our immigration policy are Mexicans. So let’s examine Mexico’s immigration policy and see what we can learn from it.

We might even decide that Mexico has some approaches to the issue that we could copy. Surely they wouldn’t object to that.

Would they?

How can we summarize Mexican immigration/nationality policies? Here’s how:

Mexico has an immigration system tailored to fit the interests of Mexico.

And what’s wrong with that?

The legal basis for Mexico’s immigration law is found in the Ley General de Población [the General Population Law]. PDF.

The cabinet-level department responsible for immigration is the Secretaria de Gobernación, loosely translated as the Interior Department.

According to Article 3, section VII of the General Population Law, the responsibility of this department is to

“Subject the immigration of foreigners to the methods it deems relevant, and to achieve the best assimilation of these [immigrants] to the national environment and their adequate distribution in [Mexican] territory.” [Sujetar la inmigración de extranjeros a las modalidades que juzgue pertinentes, y procurar la mejor asimilación de éstos al medio nacional y su adecuada distribución en el territorio.]

So the goals of Mexican immigration policy are assimilation and the distribution of immigrants throughout Mexican territory.

Mexico has had immigrants from many countries, from Latin America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and even the U.S.A. And Mexico has done a good job in assimilating these immigrants. Part of it is because the immigration levels are so much lower than in the U.S., and partly because the Mexican system does indeed encourage assimilation.

According to Article 32 of the General Population Law,

“The Interior Department will establish, subject to the corresponding demographic studies, the number of foreigners whose entrance to the country may be permitted, whether by activities or zone of residence, and will subject to the methods that it deems relevant the immigration of foreigners, according to their possibilities of contributing to the national progress.” [Artículo 32.- La Secretaría de Gobernación fijará, previos los estudios demográficos correspondientes, el número de extranjeros cuya internación podrá permitirse al país, ya sea por actividades o por zonas de residencia, y sujetará a las modalidades que juzgue pertinentes, la inmigración de extranjeros, según sean sus posibilidades de contribuir al progreso nacional.]

So the Interior Department establishes immigration quotas based on the demographic situation of the country, and wants immigrants who will contribute to the development of the nation.

Article 34 even explains what kinds of immigrants Mexico is looking for:

“The Department of the Interior may establish for the foreigners who enter Mexico the conditions that it deems appropriate with respect to the activities to which they will engage in and the place or places of their residence. It will take care thusly that the immigrants shall be useful elements for the country and that they will have the necessary income levels for their subsistence… and of the persons who are under their economic dependence.” [Artículo 34.- La Secretaría de Gobernación podrá fijar a los extranjeros que se internen en el país las condiciones que estime convenientes respecto a las actividades a que habrán de dedicarse y al lugar o lugares de su residencia. Cuidará asimismo de que los inmigrantes sean elementos útiles para el país y de que cuenten con los ingresos necesarios para su subsistencia y en su caso, la de las personas que estén bajo su dependencia económica.]

“Useful elements”?” Necessary income levels?” It sounds as though Mexico is being rather choosy. Mexico wants immigrants who are (1) useful to Mexico and (2) who have enough income to take care of themselves and their families. How discriminatory!

OK, so what kinds of immigrants does Mexico not want? Well, that’s spelled out in the General Population Law, Article 37. It states that

“The Department of the Interior may deny to foreigners the entrance into the country or a change in immigration status for any of the following reasons:

 

I. When there is no international reciprocity.”

(What if we did that? What if we conditioned our immigration policy on how other countries took in our people—starting with Mexico?)

 

“II. When the national demographic equilibrium demands it.”

(When it doesn’t upset Mexico’s demographic equilibrium).

 

“III. When the quotas referred to in Article 32 of this law don’t permit it.”

(See Article 32 above).

 

IV. “When it is considered harmful to the economic interests of Mexicans.”

(Shouldn’t we also limit immigration if it’s harmful to the economic interests of ordinary Americans?)

 

V. When they (the immigrants) have broken the laws of Mexico or have criminal antecedents abroad.

(Mexico doesn’t want criminal immigrants).

 

VI. When they have broken this [immigration] law, its regulations or other applicable administrative orders in the matter, or if they don’t comply with the established requirements.

(What if we did that — instead of repeatedly amnestying illegals?)

 

VII. If they are not physically or mentally healthy in the judgment of the health authority, or are prevented by other legal orders.

And, just to make sure everything’s covered, Article 38 stipulates that

“The Department of the Interior is authorized to suspend or forbid the admission of foreigners, when it is determined to be in the national interest.”

That pretty much covers everything, does it not?

There are several myths and misunderstandings about Mexican immigration policy.

Many Mexicans think that Mexico has no immigration policy, that anybody can come into the country without any kind of visa.

I’ve been asked why the U.S. demands visas and Mexico doesn’t!

Reason: Few Mexicans have any contact with the Mexican immigration bureaucracy, the INM [Instituto Nacional de Migracion] and they’ve believed the rhetoric of the Open Door Mexico.

Some Americans think Mexico has a lax immigration system because it’s so easy for American tourists to enter Mexico.

Yes, it is easy. But the tourist only sees the tip of the iceberg.

Mexico has a whole range of immigration options. The tourist visa is just the easiest level.

The system is carefully designed to keep out paupers, to discriminate between citizens and non-citizens, and even to discriminate between native-born Mexicans and naturalized Mexicans.

Mexican immigration law recognizes several levels of immigration status. The most temporary status is that of no-inmigrante, which includes, tourists, transmigrants, visitors, religious workers, political asylees, refugees, students, distinguished visitors, local visitors, provisional visitors and journalists. All these individuals have the right to bring a spouse or children. But they are responsible for them.

A more permanent status is that of “inmigrante,” which includes rentistas (people with independent means), investors, professionals, certain administrators, scientists, technicians, artists, athletes, spouses and parents of Mexicans, and family members of such persons (once again, at the responsibility of the head of family).

After 5 years of being an “inmigrante”, one may pass to the level of “inmigrado” which is more permanent still.

There are restrictions on land ownership for foreigners, as I have pointed out before. There are ways to get around this, but when a foreigner buys or gets effective control of Mexican property, he waives his rights to the intervention of his country of citizenship in case of a land dispute. And I have never seen the U.S. government take any effective action to defend an American in Mexico in a land dispute.

As far as illegal immigration, the government of Mexico detains and deports over a quarter of a million illegals annually, most of them from Central American countries, which are poorer than Mexico. All Mexican police are required to enforce Mexican immigration law, and so does the Army, which has already militarized the northern border. [Vdare.com note: Mexico's northern border is, of course, American's southern border. Mexico has a southern border of its own, of course, and it faces pressure from further south.]

Mexican immigration officials don’t hesitate to use racial profiling. In a previous article, I reported how officials in the north of Mexico tried to deport Mexican Indians thinking they were Central Americans. And, in a recent case, Mexican police used tear gas to get some illegal aliens out of a trailer. What if our immigration officials did that?

Not only that, according to Article 67, any Mexican official who deals with a foreigner is responsible to verify the foreigner’s legal status as part of the transaction. The “sanctuary policy” practiced in so many U.S. cities would not get very far in Mexico.

When Lilia and I were married, here in Mexico, I had to ask permission of the Mexican government to marry her, and I had to prove I was here legally. Of course, I love my wife and so it was worth it. But just imagine, once again, what if the U.S. did that?

Legal foreigners living here in Mexico can pretty much do anything we want. We’re free to travel throughout Mexico to our heart’s content.

However, there are limits. It is strictly verboten for us to get mixed up in Mexican politics, even to march in a protest demonstration.

The Mexican constitution has a particular and well-known article which deals very clearly with the status and expectations of non-Mexicans in Mexico. It’s the famous Article 33:

Article 33—Foreigners are those who do not possess the qualities determined in Article 30. They have the right to the guarantees of Chapter I of the first title of this Constitution, but the Executive of the Union has the exclusive right to expel from the national territory, immediately and without necessity of judicial proceedings, all foreigners whose stay it judges inconvenient. Foreigners may not, in any manner, involve themselves in the political affairs of the country.

Articulo 33. Son extranjeros los que no posean las calidades determinadas en el articulo 30. Tienen derecho a las garantias que otorga el capitulo i, titulo primero, de la presente constitucion ; pero el ejecutivo de la union tendra la facultad exclusiva de hacer abandonar el territorio nacional, inmediatamente y sin necesidad de juicio previo, a todo extranjero cuya permanencia juzgue inconveniente.

Los extranjeros no podran de ninguna manera inmiscuirse en los asuntos politicos del pais.

Contrast that with the U.S.’s impossible deportation procedures, as chronicled by Juan Mann!

Article 43 of the General Law of Population (Ley General de Población) states that: 

“The admission to the country of a foreigner obliges him to strictly comply with the conditions established for him in the immigration permit and the dispositions established by the respective laws.”

Americans and other foreigners are regularly expelled for overstepping these bounds. In 2002, 18 gringos were expelled for participating in May Day marches. Later in the same year, five American citizens were expelled for participating in a demonstration demanding the release of some campesinos.

In contrast, the U.S. allows even illegal aliens to march openly in the streets demanding their “rights.”

Does the U.S. need an Article 33?

In order to become a citizen, the applicant must renounce his home country citizenship, demonstrate that he speaks Spanish, knows Mexican history and has assimilated to Mexican life.

[VDARE.COM note: A previous Mexican Government had a very bad experience with some Texans who failed to assimilate. Remember the Alamo?]

And he must have lived in Mexico for 5 years.

Certain classes of people, however, can get citizenship in less than 5 years. For example, an immigrant married to a Mexican, or parent of a Mexican child, can get it in 2 years. An adoptee can get it in 1 year.

And note this: Other preferences are based upon ancestry or country of origin. An immigrant of Mexican ancestry gets a preference and only has to wait two years. Immigrants from Latin America or the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) only have to wait 2 years for citizenship.

All other things being equal, this would give an immigrant from Spain a preference over an immigrant from Germany, an immigrant from Argentina preference over an American, and a Mexican-American would have preference over an Anglo-American.

Hmmm! What would happen if the U.S. gave preference to immigrants from the British Isles, Canada, and Australia? I imagine they’d call us racists. But it’s a fact: Mexico gives preference to persons of Mexican ancestry, other Latin Americans and Spaniards.

In the U.S.A., a naturalized citizen can do almost anything that a natural-born citizen can do, except be president (and some people even want to change that).

But in Mexico, naturalized citizens are limited from many positions government positions, which are spelled out in the Mexican Constitution. A naturalized Mexican citizen can never serve in the military during peacetime, can never be a policeman, and can never be a pilot, captain or crew member on any vessel or aircraft bearing a Mexican insignia. (Article 32) And a naturalized Mexican can never be in charge of a port or airport.

A naturalized Mexican can never be president (Article 82), just as in the U.S.

But he can also never be in the Mexican Congress (unlike ours) (Articles 55 and 58), can never be on the Supreme Court (article 95), and never be a governor of a Mexican state (Article 116) nor serve in the legislature or as mayor of Mexico City (Article 122) .

The truth of the matter is, no matter how well-assimilated a naturalized Mexican is, he will always be a sort of second-class citizen.

And, while a natural-born Mexican can never be stripped of his citizenship, a naturalized Mexican can be (Constitution Article 37).

A naturalized Mexican citizen could lose his citizenship by acquiring another nationality, working for a foreign government without permission, accepting titles or decorations from a foreign government or helping a foreigner or foreign nation in a diplomatic dispute or before an international tribunal.

Hmmm again. In other words, the kind of thing a lot of our Latino officials do all the time. But Mexican law flatly prohibits that sort of thing.

If it’s good for the goose, isn’t it good for the gander?

Bottom line: Although the Mexican elite constantly attacks U.S. immigration policy, Mexico’s own system is stricter, and explicitly focused on the interests of Mexico.

There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s their country. But our officials should not be intimidated one whit when scolded by Mexicans about immigration.

In fact, we ought to turn the tables and ask Mexico about its own immigration policy. And, frankly, we would be wise to import many aspects of Mexican immigration policy ourselves!

Immigration Bill To Collect American Info

WASHINGTON DC – Although a new immigration bill that was passed by the United State Senate last year chiefly addresses illegal immigration, some components of the bill will definitely benefit the Internal Revenue Service and other government agencies by tracking all sources of wages and compensation by American workers, even those who are legally American citizens.

 

The Immigration Bill Status

 

The controversial Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2006 was already passed by the Senate in late April of 2006 and another version of the bill could soon be voted on by the full Congress if a deal is reached among legislators.

 

Senators Ted Kennedy (D-Mass) and John McCain (R-Ariz) announced on May 17th that a Senate agreement to push the bill again had been reached, after efforts last year failed.  Both NC Senator Richard Burr (R) and Elizabeth Dole (R) voted against the much-debated bill last year.

 

The then-Republican controlled House did not follow up on the Senate version passed last year, since many opposed the illegal immigrant amnesty provisions of the bill.  Some political pundits say the immigration reform act will be hard pressed to gain passage in the House again this year despite a change in party control.

 

It should be noted that if members of the House and Senate modify the bill through a compromise, some text of the final bill passed by both houses may change.

 

Mandatory Registration

 

However, as it stands, the bill would make it illegal to hire anyone for any work in the US for paid wages, unless both the worker and employer complete the new registration requirements, including providing the employee’s work history for the past five years even if they are American citizens each time they apply for a job.

 

“It is unlawful for an employer…to hire, or to recruit or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States an individual unless such employer meets the requirements of subsections (c) and (d),” says the bill referring to the new document rules and “electronic verification”

systems.

 

The new $400 million “employment verification” component of the extensive bill would add new electronic registration requirements for all American citizens who do work for compensation and even American employers as well.

 

As it stands, the new bill would require all employers to “register”

with the federal government and report the data for new employees to the government within three days of hiring them.

 

As such, the bill would fill in one of the last gaps in the government’s tracking of wages, by making it a potential criminal or civil offense not to inform the government that a worker is receiving compensation of some sort, under the rubric of national security.

 

According to Section 274A of the version of the bill passed by the Senate in 2006, no employer would be exempt from having to register with the government and also having to verify the status of each of their new employees.  The new requirements would go into effect 18 months after the electronic verification system has been created.

 

“The Secretary shall require all employers in the United States to participate in the System,” says the text of the bill.

 

Collecting Data On US Workers

 

Although future details may change, even hiring your neighbor’s kid Johnny to mow your lawn could become a long and detailed process and if you didn’t follow the rules, you could get a knock at your door from Homeland Security.

 

First, you would have to register as a employer under the program and then call a 1-800 number with several items of information about the potential new employee (even if they have proper ID or an American passport).

 

Each time an employer hires someone, they would have to phone in (1) their own EIN or social security number if they are an individual (2) the social security number of the new employee (3) the state of birth of the new employee (4) the EIN number or social security number of every single place the new employee has worked in the last five years (5) and the date of birth and address for the potential new employee.

 

Then you’ll need to wait up to 10 days to receive an answer about whether or not Johnny is approved for work in the US.

 

Be sure to save the authorization codes given to you by the government if he is approved and also save all of the paperwork for three years or you could have to pay a large fine.

 

Even if you hired him for only one day’s worth of work, you’ll need to save his application forms and approval codes for at least one year, says the bill.

 

And don’t forget, under the new proposals, be prepared to give Johnny your own social security number so that he can use it the next time he applies for a job — he’ll need it under the new law for the next five years each time he applies for a job.

 

That provision will certainly help the government in making sure that they know not only where he worked this year, but everywhere else he has worked too.

 

Hopefully, no one that you hire will steal your identity in the process even though they have your social security number.

 

All of the information is to be housed in a database created by the Social Security Administration that will be shared with the Department of Homeland Security, which has the authority to initiate investigations into all employers who don’t participate in the system, including those who pay Johnny to mow their lawn.

 

The Department of Homeland Security can receive “taxpayer identity information of each person [from a report which]…contains evidence of such person’s failure to register and participate in the Electronic Employment Verification System.”

 

As such, they can initiate an investigation into any person who doesn’t comply with the mandatory electronic reporting system whether they are an employer or employee.

 

In a similar version of the bill seen in 2005, Homeland Security would have been able to investigate any employee unlucky enough to have two different companies call in with the same social security number.

However, it seems that in the new version, it was realized that some people actually have more than one job as that text has been eliminated.

 

Of course, the government will only use the information for its intended purpose — to stop illegal workers from getting jobs.

 

“The System shall collect and maintain only the minimum data necessary to facilitate the successful operation of the System,” says the bill’s text.

 

However, as stated earlier, a provision in the bill indicates that other branches of the government may benefit from the new database as well.

 

“Nothing…may be construed to limit the collection, maintenance, or use of data by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue or the Commissioner of Social Security as provided by law,” says the proposed law.

 

As seen before in Washington DC, there may be collection of data for a stated purpose — in this case to fight illegal immigration — but it seems evident that the opportunity to collect of data on US citizens is not going to be passed up.

 

If the bill passes, the most basic and private personal information about where American citizens work, their past work history, their birthdays and social security numbers will be called in to the government every time they apply for a job.

An Advocate Rallies to Unify GOP on Immigration Immigration policy is one of the few issues that split conservatives and the business lobby. It’s the “shut the borders” pack vs. the “we need workers” crowd. Conservative activist Tamar Jacoby has dedicated herself to bringing the two together. The outcome could determine whether key conservative members of Congress stand back and allow an overhaul of immigration law this year. Jacoby has been busy. We know they won’t vote for it, but we have to tell them not to stand in the way,” Prewett said. IMMIGRATION REFORM

 

Many were shocked and stunned by the footage showing pro-illegal alien demonstrators cheer and taunt as police grab a man who stuck his middle finger up at the marchers, before slamming his face into the concrete. But why should we be? Illegal aliens are a protected underclass and they are seemingly above the law.

The video shows pro-illegals screaming and cheering with glee as the cops manhandle someone who dare voice an opposing opinion, while other passers-by vandalize the man’s car and verbally taunt him.

In any other case, an individual interfering with an arrest would immediately be confronted and possibly arrested by police, but not in this instance, because illegal aliens are above the law.

Aliens have already broken the law by entering the country without permission – they are already criminals, but instead of being treated as such, they are exalted to a God-like status where they are outside of the laws that govern the rest of us.

Illegal aliens are not required to have insurance or a drivers license and when police pull them over and they can’t speak English the cops just let them go. This is commonly accepted and we have talked directly to police who have admitted the fact that they are ordered to release illegal aliens. It’s one law for American citizens and another for the precious illegals.

Illegal aliens can now cash checks, get credit cards and open bank accounts without a social security number or any other documentation besides an easily obtained card from the government of a different country, yet American citizens are shunned if they don’t have all their papers in order. Organizations like Bank of America reward criminals for entering the country illegally and give them a clear incentive to stay.

This isn’t an issue of race or affording leniency to minorities, it’s a matter of deciding if the law should apply to everyone who resides in the United States or whether certain segments of the population should be exempt from it and allowed to commit crime without punishment.

But don’t worry, because the Bush administration has a solution for dealing with criminals that have already broken the law by entering the country illegally – simply legalize them all with a mass amnesty program! This is akin to a city Mayor dealing with a rash of shootings by legalizing murder. Eradicate the crime by just taking it off the books!

Meanwhile, border agents who attempt to apprehend drug smugglers attempting to sneak into the United States are jailed and subsequently beaten for violating the illegal alien’s civil rights! This is the message the Bush administration sends to the border patrol – if you do your job then you’ll get punished for it.

Why are illegal aliens who have already broken the law and are criminals lavished and coddled by the government and large corporations, while American citizens – be they white, black, or hispanic, are pushed around, surveilled and lectured by Big Brother?

The plan is to piggy back the agenda to merge the U.S., Mexico and Canada into a North American Union onto the openly stated invasion – the Aztlan reconquista and the radical annexation of the American south-west.

Aztlan radicals subscribe to a bizarre liberation theology that the southern and western states are their ancestral homeland and that they are justified in launching a violent and bloody separatist war, including the ethnic cleansing of blacks and whites, to re-conquer this territory.

Their motives overlap with the global elite who steer and control them – the destruction of U.S. sovereignty and the excuse for a total lockdown police state once rioting and race war ensues.

This is why rampant illegal immigration and the protection of illegal criminals who have entered the U.S. is a deliberate policy of the criminal corporation that has hijacked the U.S. government.

This is why illegal aliens are above the law. “

Well it has been an interesting week. These shennigans are slow getting picked up byu more media. I am working on two projects here for some upcoming post. I am still thinking I might just produced a sort of Minutegate for Dummies type post so newcomers can see the picture.

Is American Caging a Corporation yet?
American Caging in public statements , on its letter head, and statements filed by others is always talked about as if it is a Corporation.

Now as talked about on this blog, We have realized that American Caging has not been a Corporation for over a year. A little Tax payment problem. Several years ago we received notice from the Texas Comptrollers Office that Franchise Tax Returns had not been filed, when in fact, they had. We found out that there was confusion with regard to our Federal Tax ID #. A clerk in the Comptrollers office assigned the wrong tax id number to ACI and was confusing us with anther corporation. I wrote a letter and sent a copy of the letter from the IRS assigning our Federal ID #. I assumed the issue was resolved because I haven’t heard anything about this in years. This will be resolved immediately.

There was no doubt in peoples mind that American Caging was not in good standing and in fact was not a corporation. Also I must say as to Maureen Otis she does seem to have the worst luck. Her personal Professional Law Corporation lost its status too for the same reasons.

Well I decided to get an update yesterday from From Austin. Truth be known , I expected this business to be cleared up by now and American Caging would have done something to get their status back or to reapply for it. Well From the State of Texas as of yesterday:

Does the Minuteman Project headed by Gilchrist having anything to do with this mess?
LEt me say that this point it seems that Gilchrist is not involved with this syndicate. That is information that I aware of right now. However that was not always the case. I am trying to establist a timeline for all this right now. I am fairly comfortable in stating that Gilchrist was the one that approached Simcox about joining forces. That info is from people that were on the scene and witnessed the interaction first hand. Also, it must be noted that Gilchrist Campaign for Congress had all these same characters involved. That is American Caging, Mary Parker Lewis, Keyes Insiders, Response Unlimited , and Reponse Enterprises. That can be seen by just looking at his FEC statements. Now I find this real curious. Maureen Otis and American Caging are red flags to look for when ever this syndicate is around. Why would Gilchrist use Maureen Otis’s services for this? This is the first evidence outside the Gilchrist Congressional run that involed these characters with the Minuteman Project. That and the curious filing in Deleware. Why were both the Minuteman Civil Defense Corp headed by Simcox and the Minuteman Project headed by Jim Gilchrist Corporation papers filed by the same lawyer(not Maureen Otis) in Delaware. At some point there was a falling out between the two men. Why that was is not clear. But it is apparent that the Minuteman Project was involved with these people at least a year ago. I think it is safe to say a this point that the Minuteman Project is not associated with the Declaration Alliance people to the degree that Simcox is now. Why Declaration Alliance and Alan Keyes Needed the Minutemen

As indicated in the accompanying financial statements, for the year ended December 31, 2003 Declaration Alliance has had recurring decreases in net assets and, as of December 31, 2003, Declaration Alliances’ current liabilities exceeded its current assets (working capital deficit) by $157,322 and its total liabilities exceeded its total assets (net deficit) by $157,122. These factors raise substantial doubt about the organization’s ability to continue as a going concern.

Management of Declaration Alliance is developing a plan to reduce its liabilities through seeking additional sources of revenues and reduction of expenses.

Well, what was that plan and what were these additional sources of revenue? First some interesting facts. This is looking at the 2003 figures. However if you look at the report you will see that this report was compiled and finished in December 2004. The above statements are from the auditor Robert D. Ben-Kori. He of course is also the accountant for some of the William Greene interest. Where did the money go? Basically it appears as to these figures Declaration Alliance was in serious trouble. It needed money in the worst way.

Now I have taken a look at the 990 for Declaration Alliance for 2004. This can be looked at by registering for free at www.guidestar.org Now at the end of this physical year they ran a deficit of $213,258. After they carried over the deficit from the previous year they were in the red $370,380.

The are some more things that have come to my attention that connect a certain person at American Caging and others as to a time line. I am researching that now. Also there is some information I have received that I am awaiting verification. IF its true it will be explosive. I have received other indications that things are starting to fall apart of a sudden. One final thing. Any Republican that touches the Minuteman PAC money is in danger. I am getting more and more uncomfortable about where that money that is in that PAC came from. Ignorance might not be enough if this breaks in the last days of the primary.

Finally. Questions must be asked of Randy Graf in Arizona. He is running in a Republican Primary to replace KOLBE. Now he has connections to the Minutemen. Very close connections to the Simcox faction. But what is disturbing is that AMerican Caging is a big part of his campaign. LEt me say that they are not involved with many campaigns. The ones I have looked at that they have been for , such as Gilchrist in California and Lewis in West Virginia are raising big red flags. We cannot afford a scandal breaking in that race in October. Please any one associated with that race needs to spend a day looking at all my entries or email me so I can point out the revelant info you should be looking at. Breaking Washington Times Does More On Minutegate

Well late tonight/this morning a New Washington Times article was released about Minutegate/ Connie Hair/ American Caging/ Diener/ Mary Lewis/ Simcox/ Reponse Unlimited and the whole sorid bunch. Oh and by the way this is not a retraction.

Border group’s finances a secret-

A Texas firm that manages hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations to the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps says it has not been authorized to divulge a detailed accounting of the funds, despite assurances by the MCDC’s top official that it would do so. Maureen E. Otis — president of American Caging Inc. in Stafford, Texas, an agency hired to collect, deposit and disburse donations to the civilian border-patrol group — told The Washington Times that neither MCDC President Chris Simcox nor the group’s board of directors had given her permission to “disclose any numbers.”

Mr. Simcox, who has been criticized by current and former MCDC members for a lack of leadership and financial accountability, had referred The Times to Mrs. Otis, saying she could “tell you everything” to clear up the concerns. Instead, Mrs. Otis issued a statement saying only that all Minuteman donations have been “securely collected, counted and deposited” in MCDC bank accounts. Mary Parker Lewis, a top MCDC consultant, has said the audit seeks to establish MCDC as a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization. She told The Times that MCDC would meet “all its legal obligations” in seeking to organize. In April, Mrs. Lewis and Ms. Hair declined to answer 17 written questions submitted by The Times concerning MCDC finances after several current and former Minutemen first raised questions about money coming into the organization. They also did not respond to a follow-up list of seven questions in June. MCDC has not released any financial or fundraising records since its April 2005 creation to either the public or its members. Disclosure statements promised to The Times by Mr. Simcox in October and later in April were never delivered. He since has accused critics of being racists, anti-Semites and “a small handful of disgruntled people who have been terminated.”

Last month, several Minutemen questioned what happened to donations collected since the group’s first border vigil in Arizona in April 2005. They said they had no idea how much money had been received, how it had been spent or why it was being routed through a Virginia-based charity headed by conservative activist Alan Keyes. Some of them have since challenged claims by Mr. Simcox that MCDC “spent probably about what we collected” to pay for supplies for Minuteman volunteers on the border, including satellite phones, radios, flashlights, maps, portable toilets, thermal imaging cameras, night-vision cameras, computers, water and food.

Mike Gaddy, a retired Army veteran of Vietnam, Grenada and Beirut who helped organize the Minuteman’s April 2005 vigil as a field coordinator, said that if Mr. Simcox spent about what was collected to purchase supplies for the volunteers, he didn’t see any of it. “An awful lot of the equipment I saw was donated,” he said

Other Minuteman members confirmed last week that much of the equipment they used during the border vigils, including night-vision binoculars and Global Positioning Systems, was donated. Gary Cole, MCDC’s former national director of operations, said he personally collected “tens of thousands of dollars” in donations during the 30-day border watch in April 2005, but was never told how much money had been collected or where it went. He said he later was fired by Mr. Simcox as a national director “for asking too many questions about the money.”

Last month, Mr. Simcox said $1.6 million in donations had been collected, although he had no documents to verify the claim. He said $1 million went directly to MCDC and $600,000 for a fence on the U.S.-Mexico border, all of it handled through the Herndon-based Declaration Alliance, founded and chaired by Mr. Keyes. Mr. Keyes has endorsed the Minuteman organization as programs of Declaration Alliance and the Declaration Foundation, another Virginia-based charitable organization he heads. He also accused critics of being “decidedly racist and anti-Semitic,” saying they had been removed as members of the Minuteman organization. For a fee, American Caging manages money collected by nonprofit groups, their telemarketers and direct-response agencies. Caging firms give nonprofit organizations the ability to receive and disburse donations without having to hire a staff.

In addition to MCDC, the firm’s clients include Declaration Foundation, Declaration Alliance and the Declaration Alliance Political Action Committee. It also has handled funds for Mr. Keyes’ unsuccessful political campaigns, including his failed 2004 senatorial race in Illinois, for which it was paid $30,530. American Caging also handles other clients aligned with MCDC, Mr. Keyes and the Alliance organizations, including Diener Consulting Inc., which serves as the Minuteman group’s public-relations arm, as it did in Mr. Keyes’ unsuccessful presidential and senatorial campaigns; and Renew America, a fundraising organization founded by Mr. Keyes that provides a link for donations to MCDC through Declaration Alliance. Other American Caging clients include Response Unlimited, which makes mailing lists — including the MCDC membership — available to conservative mailers and telemarketers and has an “exclusive contract” with Declaration Foundation; and RightMarch.com, which raised $500,000 for Mr. Keyes’ 2004 senatorial campaign and helps raise Minuteman donations through a link on its Web page to Declaration Alliance. Mr. Simcox also serves as “honorary chairman” of the Minuteman Political Action Committee, which says it has spent $350,000 this year to help support several candidates. Mrs. Lewis, who served as chief of staff to Mr. Keyes in his presidential races and has been affiliated with Diener Consulting and Renew America, is the committee’s secretary.


Oh Mr. Washington Times reporter. Please see if the Washington Times can spare some pocket change to send you to Houston so you can check out this Amrican Caging thing. In any event if she refuses to talk to you may I suggest you might talk to current and past employees of American Caging. I am hearing they want to talk. Plus a interview of this Peter Kunz who works for Diener in Penn and is a lawyer(but doesnt practice law in Penn or anywhere it seems) and on some Minuteman/Diener memos as a their lobbysit(but doesnt appear as a registered Washington DC lobbyist on any records) and also is the Fence Contracter on other records might be nice. The honeymoon is over for the Minutemen.More than 16 months after the civilian border patrol movement took root in Arizona, the co-founders of the original Minuteman Project are feuding publicly, and some former loyalists are calling for detailed accounting of the estimated $1.6 million to $1.8 million in donations the group has received.The two leaders tried for months to keep their split cordial, with Chris Simcox taking over the patrol missions and raising money to build an Israeli-style border fence. Meanwhile, Californian Jim Gilchrist kept the Minuteman Project name and pledged to go after employers in the interior of the U.S. But now, Gilchrist’s interior enforcement mission has fizzled, and Simcox has bristled at Gilchrist’s new book on the Minuteman Project, saying his former partner is acting like the “lord and emperor” of the movement. On the ground, some former loyalists are concerned about delays in getting non-profit status and the design of a border fence by Simcox’s Arizona-based Minuteman Civil Defense Corp., or MCDC. Simcox has been touting an Israeli-style border fence but so far has erected only 2.2 miles of five-strand barbed wire.”There is a lot of dissention through the ranks,” said Richard Humphries, who lives in southern Arizona and faithfully attended Minuteman gatherings for more than a year. “When it was a brand new thing, it got a lot of media attention, and people across the country were excited about becoming Minutemen,” Humphries said. “But for some reason, I don’t know whether it’s because of a lack of leadership or what, to a great extent the novelty has worn off.”
Accountability Simcox has been dealing with publicity on money matters since a recent Washington Times article said former leaders quit over questions about finances. He said the allegations stem from bad blood with a few former members and urged patience from followers. The organization is in the process of filing for non-profit status and will disclose all the information required by the Internal Revenue Service by the Nov. 15 deadline, he added. Connie Hair, a spokeswoman for the group, said its financial situation is simple. “There is no controversy,” she said. “There is no impropriety.”Simcox estimated that MCDC has raised $1 million, plus about $600,000 to build fencing along the border but said that he can’t be sure of the amount. He said the organization hired accountants and consultants in 2005 and set up a “caging” account controlled by a lawyer to ensure that donations were handled property. “Only our auditors and our caging company know exactly how much we’ve raised,” he said. “It’s not my job. That’s why we’ve hired the best independent auditors.”Board member and Executive Director Al Garza said he has no idea about its finances. When asked how much money his organization has received in contributions, Garza said: “Oh, geez, I don’t know. I don’t make it my business. I refuse to even ask for the figures. . . . They’re donations being well spent, I can tell you that.”The group’s Web site states that donations are not tax-deductible. If the IRS eventually approves MCDC’s application for tax-exempt status, donors won’t be able to write off contributions because the organization is seeking to become a 501c4, which allows the leadership to lobby Congress.
Keeping trackLast September, Simcox told The Arizona Republic that he already had started the process of filing for non-profit status, but his spokeswoman said this week that they plan to meet all the filing requirements later this month, adding that delays with the complex paperwork has slowed the process. In the meantime, Simcox formed a partnership with the non-profit, Herndon, Va.-based Declaration Alliance, headed by conservative Alan Keyes.Leaders also contracted with Diener & Associates, a consulting firm, to help take the movement to a national level, Hair said, using connections for mass mailings and fund-raising campaigns. MCDC leaders could not say how much Diener, which also has ties to the Declaration Alliance, has made off the partnership. Keyes and the Declaration Alliance have not benefited financially from the partnership, Simcox said.Meanwhile, Gilchrist, whose recent failed bid for Congress in California was run by Diener, is questioning Simcox’s use of the company, saying it was not forthcoming with financial records. Beyond that, he declined to comment except to say, “I fired them the day after my campaign was over.”Diener officials referred comment to Hair, saying she also works with them. Gilchrist has largely escaped public scrutiny of his books but is facing some of the same issues as Simcox: pending non-profit status and leadership that does not officially draw a salary but pays for travel expenses with donations. He said he has received $162,000 in donations since January and has spent about two-thirds, paying for billboards, travel expenses for speaking engagements and lodging. In 2005, he received $68,000 in donations, he said.Andrea Esquer, a spokeswoman for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, said she could not confirm or deny whether state officials are investigating the Minuteman finances. The IRS also does not comment on investigations, including whether one is being conducted, spokesman Jim McCormick said. Humphries and other members of the MCDC stressed they’re concerned about the money and not questioning anyone’s integrity.

It appears that Connie Hair has made another statement through her screen name at Liberty Post Forum. Needless to say it is not being taken very well. Basically the Spokeswomen for the Minutemen under Simcox as Well as spokesmen for various other enitites is now issuing rather explicit threats of lawsuits if everyone doesn’t shut up and quit asking questions. Of course one must wonder why we must always hear about these “news releases” via chatrooms and Internet forums. Oh well. This assault on Chris Simcox by three entities working in concert is a matter that I’m responding to here of my own accord, on my own personal time and of my own initiative. These three enties remind me of a certain Boober who wished to jump in front of a movement that has already been built in the usual loser fashion of, “Where are my people going that I might lead them?” They were left in the dirt and can’t lead, won’t follow and in their obstinance refuse to get out of the way.

Several years ago we received notice from the Texas Comptrollers Office that Franchise Tax Returns had not been filed, when in fact, they had. We found out that there was confusion with regard to our Federal Tax ID #. A clerk in the Comptrollers office assigned the wrong tax id number to ACI and was confusing us with anther corporation.

I wrote a letter and sent a copy of the letter from the IRS assigning our Federal ID #. I assumed the issue was resolved because I haven’t heard anything about this in years.

This will be resolved immediately.

Well goodness me where to start with this nonsense. In fact the forums have been very careful about not saying that Otis or American Caging was involved in illegal activity. On the American Caging thread a poster commented as of today that he/she had called the proper Government officials in Austin and confirmed that American Caging has not been in good standing since 95. I have no reason to doubt that since I performed those same calls twice in the last two weeks. There appears to be no misunderstanding in Austin. Further in that same American Caging Thread from CP to which again I have below, that Mrs Otis’s personal Corporation has been disolved for the same problem. I have to think the chances of this occuring by chance is a tad extreme. That coupled with the other matters regarding American Caging and Staff/owners is indeed troubling. By the way I was informed they could get their corporation back in good standing if they pay the damn taxes. It really is a side matter but it raises red flags when combined with everything else.

Mrs Hair the problem you have is that so much of what has been exposed is a scam but still legal. Just not moral. Currently is perfectly ok to take 80 cents out of every dollar and spend it on any thing other than the cause. It is perfectly legal if you know how to do it to spend that 80 percent of the dollar on your own companies and enrich yourself instead of enriching the cause. That has been what has been exposed. There are hints that people have crossed the line. There are troublesome signs that in fact there may be something more. But that will be found out. Mrs Hair there will be no lawsuits. However I suspect there may be lawsuits as to these firms if they continue in this harassament of people that are asking legitimate questions if they are doing so through you as their agent.

The honeymoon is over for the Minutemen.More than 16 months after the civilian border patrol movement took root in Arizona, the co-founders of the original Minuteman Project are feuding publicly, and some former loyalists are calling for detailed accounting of the estimated $1.6 million to $1.8 million in donations the group has received.The two leaders tried for months to keep their split cordial, with Chris Simcox taking over the patrol missions and raising money to build an Israeli-style border fence. Meanwhile, Californian Jim Gilchrist kept the Minuteman Project name and pledged to go after employers in the interior of the U.S. But now, Gilchrist’s interior enforcement mission has fizzled, and Simcox has bristled at Gilchrist’s new book on the Minuteman Project, saying his former partner is acting like the “lord and emperor” of the movement.

On the ground, some former loyalists are concerned about delays in getting non-profit status and the design of a border fence by Simcox’s Arizona-based Minuteman Civil Defense Corp., or MCDC. Simcox has been touting an Israeli-style border fence but so far has erected only 2.2 miles of five-strand barbed wire.”There is a lot of dissention through the ranks,” said Richard Humphries, who lives in southern Arizona and faithfully attended Minuteman gatherings for more than a year. “When it was a brand new thing, it got a lot of media attention, and people across the country were excited about becoming Minutemen,” Humphries said. “But for some reason, I don’t know whether it’s because of a lack of leadership or what, to a great extent the novelty has worn off.”

Update On William Greene of RightMarch.com and Related Enterprises

I ran across something interesting on William Greene the other day I thought I should post. Williame Greene if you are new here is sort of a force now in our conservative politics. In his prior life he ran a Diploma Mill scam all under guise of a Church that seems connected to TBN. Well, I guess that is ok since it was done for Jesus. Anywho, to learn more go here to my previous post for more details on that. Oh and he is also involved in Fence Gate. Well in this post I made the following observation.
…….Also this new kooky Constitution Party is troubling. This is the party that Gilchrist the minuteman is associated with by the way. It is popping up all over the place. Now those folks that believe in that stuff normally vote Republican. They might have some misgivings about the Republican party on some issues but generally they are loyal Republican voters. Now I am seeing this party appear all over the place. Thye are not a huge factor but they are draining votes off the regular Republican running could use. We really can’t afford that to happen when control of the House is so close. PLus remember its not like we won the last Presidential race by a landside. Why, Am seeing these same folks fingerprints all over this thing. A third party would kill us conservatives politically. But it does help get more money into certain pockets and helps the old mailing list business.

My reference to fingerprints was to the Green/Sheldon alliance. I came across this past interesting blast email from Mr Greene.

I think this email is very interesting. First to all people that think this third party stuff is great. Well if that is your view more power to you. My view is that Constitution Party is kooky as all get out. Further, despite the misgivings we all might have about our Party on a particular issue it is the best avenue for us to advance our views. If you don’t like certain aspects of the Party well by all means get involved. It is not Rocket science. It is quite easy to get yourselves as well as like minded friends elected to positions in the party leadership where you can make a difference. Americans like politics but there is just so much they will stand. This isn’t Italy or some place that has a Parlimentary system with tons of parties. This Country will remain a two party system as I see it. The problem is everytime this nonsense is attempted all it does is make the party that is more aligned with your views lose. IE see Ross Perot and Ralph Nader. My main complaint is that the Republican party really doesn’t need this nonsense happening during the next two election cycles. If you disagree just let it happen and see the Dems take over and see truly how bad it can get.

Anywho, to the letter. When people send their money to Mr Greene, I think most suppose that they are sending it to an organization associated with the Republicans. Well Buyer beware. Everytime you send money to the latest Greene Coalition or pay him money to send faxes to Congressmen ,that money might be going to other things you might not be in agreement with. I am sort of keeping a eye on this Const Party, and I can’t help but notice that I am seeing evidence of the “usual suspects” involvement in it. Now this all might have happened by glorious chance. Since Mr Greene has been hired(actually that isnt correct since in reality he and others own the Fence thing and tSimcox’s minuteman projects) by Simcox to give him PR. But I can’t help but notice that this email seems to be a lot about promoting this Const Party. Also note that this event is occuring in Buford Georgia. What else is in Buford. Well Mr Greene Company SICM is as well as the registered address of this new religious network he is setting up. I find this Church interesting too. This is the PCU branch of the Presbyterian Church. Besides having leading leaders of that church involved in the kooky League of the South(ie Pastor Wilkins of the Auburn Ave Church in Monroe Louisiana) it is also has some of its leading lightrs associated with this Const party. Perhaps Mr Greene goes to this church? Who knows. Maybe if someone is from Buford and you are reading this blog you might pop by there for Sunday Services this week. Anyway just something to watch.

UPDATE-
I am still trying to figure out of there are connections to this Party if it is truly because of genuine belief in those principles or as I suspect this is just being taken advantage of for the $$$$$ making possiblities. It is of course fine to make a buck. But there is a rule in DC. You have to chose sides. I am all for COunsultants and PR’s people making a buck. They are needed. But I am not for it if they are pretending to be serving us while in reality we are getting the shaft So if anyone has any info email me or leave a comment

A twofer on Kookdum- Also important info on the Minuteman Scam

I am still working away on what shall be the first of several post on Minutegate a,nd how people are destroying the conservative movement. The problem is when I go down the rabbit hole of this ,I find other stuff. Last night about 3 am , I hit another mother lode. I found a big connection between the racist Council of (word hijack) Conservative Citizens and the Tanton groups. How I found that comes partly from this internet radio interview that occured last month with Joe McCutchen on a kookdum radio station. Please look at the entry on 06/27/06.

A few thoughts. I suggest downloading it. First this archive seem to only run a couple of months and this might go into the internet ether. Second it will be far easier to listen to the section I wish to direct your attention too.

The whole interview is worth listening too because it shows the extent of kookdum and how it has inflitrated certain kooky Southern groups. I have talked about this before on my dear ole blog . Also ask your self this disturbing question. Are you hearing similar kooky things from folks like Worldnetdaly and Newsmax. In fact even on Michelle Malkim immigration blog.

However ,what is important is the first 5 or 6 minutes. Then I highly suggest you GO TO MINUTE 42 OF THE TAPE. Perhaps it was 41 I cant remember. That is where some stuff I am talking about is exposed.

A few words how I am treating these insights by the koodum folks that Joe McCutchen represents. His crazy theories on neo cons, and Bush are of course crazed. But consider this. This man has been involved in the immigration debate since the 60’s. He is now quite old. I can tell you he is a true believer in this and his goal is not monetary gain. Also, he was quite involved as you can hear. He and his folks are ones that went down there and actually donated the money. When people donate money and realize it is a scam they get hot. I hate his views. But I must say without endorsing the NEO CON NEW WORLD ORDER spin he puts on it ,heis view of the orgainizations and what really is going on is correct. I have spent now probally 60 hours documenting what they say about the groups that are running this project. Please listen, it is a insight from a insider. A insider that Simcox and others are trying to run from.NOW A MESSAGE TO THE COUNCIL OF (word Hijack)CONSERVATIVE CITIZENS IN ST LOUIS that I know sometimes visit my site. First thanks for coming. There appears to be a effort to convince many in your group that this is all Simcox. That other movements associated with Gilchrist are pure. Let me give you a hint. Do not fall for that. If I may draw your attention my kookdum friends to these FEC entries for MINUTEMAN CIVIL DEFENCE CORPS PAC INC and the MINUTEMAN PAC INC. Now I suggest you look at the entries of the new Minuteman Civil Defense PAC closely. I am quite aware that yall are scared of Neo Cons and the JOOOS and are urging Gilhrist to get away from that. This Minuteman Civil Defense Pac is the effort to give the appearance that is happening that is listed on the fec statement . However notice the office where this is registered. 2400 Earlsgate Reston Virgina. It is the same damn office to same darn Accountant and Keyes/Greene supporter. It does seem like every thing leads to this office doesnt it. I suggest googling the address and see what comes up. Anyway this is the same office where the other PAC is registered. Look who gave the first seed money to Simcox’s new PAC. Seems familar? Now go look at the Minuteman PAC INC. It is not totally clear to me at this point , but it appears that this PAC is going to keep on going. I suggest to you that this will be promoted as the “good pac” for all those people that are concerned that Bush is forming a one World Govt. Take a good look at at all those documents and in particular the newest statements. See who the money is going to.
Please go to look at the FEC statements that refer to the July report that was just submitted in the Mnuteman PAC. Of course we see our good friends at American caging are racking it in. But please go to the latter part that deals with itemized disbursements.. See any familar names. I suggest researching these companies. But let me draw attention to one name ,that is Anne Breiling that received 2000 dollars on June 28 for her services. Does that name sound familar? I suggest if it doesnt please go here and see who is on the board of officers for this Keyes/Green/Sheldon/Zohidates /Driener organization. That report is full of interesting details. So please get your little white pride little fingers busy and tell me what you find. Also I am curious if some of these people are in fact related.
