More and more we attempt to lower the problem by enforcing strong repercussion's and longer jail time but what about a <a href="http://www.drug-rehab.ca" rel="nofollow">Drug rehab</a> where they can be DRUG FREE! Lora I will agree with Gordman! The escalating drug consumption/dealing is still a huge problem to rectify.
