Citi Bank is now making a small payment on a old expired date credit cards to reactivate. It seems they have bought up old Sears exspired accounts, they then contact the person, then make a small payment out of there own pocket to reactivate it then sell it off to Pinnicle out of chicago. This to me is a crime! and information should be filed against them. A large example must be set to stop this. Citi Card processes Exxon Mobile, Sears. Citi Card should be nailed! Mailing a stament through the mail, could be using the mails to defraud also. I feel the Federal Attorny General's Office, should also go after this. I am from Vermont and am going to bring it up to my 2 senators, Sen. Leahy, and also Sen. Sanders, and my Representative Peter Welsh! I want their Ass! Also to the AARP, as they are hitting on Seniors. You could never get rid of a Debt with this crap going on! They also freeze your bank accounts, and other nasty stuff. I wonder how do they get the informations from ma company because I usually get very accurate numbers when I'm not sure I'm called from the institution they claim to be. I had a <a rel="follow" href="http://www.offshorexplorer.com/debt_consolidation.html" rel="nofollow">debt negotiation</a> with my bank and we sorted out things but the next day I get a call saying there are still some money to be payed, 250$ and that I should write a check. I said I'll come down to the bank and pay the money there. The guy hanged up. I hope he'll never call again. We simply can get rid of these type of people trying to scam us.
