Fake Leadership Syndrome Part I…or…Goosestepping with Nazis

World Net Daily has proclaimed the following people to be important American leaders.  How many have you heard of?  To me a leader is GWB, Rudy, Hil, Nancy Pelosi, Lindsey, Bill Frist, Slick….but not this bunch.  They aren’t leaders – are they?  Let’s investigate them!

World Net Daily, the ‘conservative internet tabloid’ version of the Weekly Star has published a list of 43 Leaders who have signed the following pledge:   They are connected to William Greene’s little PR manipulation machine and John Tanton.  The problem is sorting through their mess.  I am surprised to see David Horowitz linked with this taudry little bunch of incest and racism.  I think this is what shocks me most, is find David Horowitz a part of this whole mess.

The problem here is all of this is planned by Tanton.  At least people are starting to see through it.  I’ve noticed that FAIR is not listed here among the leadership list.  The History Channel has been doing some work on this.  Congressman Chris Cannon has born the brunt of the anti-immigration hatred of Tom Tancredo.  Problem is, all of this is promoted by Tanton and his questionable links.

The Wall Street Journal Makes the Connection

Below is an excerpt from a March 15, 2004 editorial by Jason Riley, a senior editorial page writer at the Journal.

“So determined is conservatism’s nativist wing that it’s even made common cause with radical environmentalists and zero-population-growth fanatics on the leftist fringe. The Federation for American Immigration Reform and the Center for Immigration Studies may strike right-wing poses in the press, but both groups support big government, mock federalism, deride free markets and push a cultural agenda abhorrent to any self-respecting social conservative.

FAIR’s founder and former president is John Tanton, an eye doctor who opened the first Planned Parenthood chapter in northern Michigan. By Dr. Tanton’s own reckoning, FAIR has received more than $1.5 million from the Pioneer Fund, a white-supremacist outfit devoted to racial purity through eugenics.

Board members of FAIR actively promote the sterilization of Third World women for the purposes of reducing U.S. immigration prospects. And if anything disturbs the good doctor more than those Latin American hordes crossing the Rio Grande, it’s the likelihood that most of them are Catholic, or so he once told a Reuters reporter
.”

There is more, much more.  Tanton is associated with the Pioneer Fund.  This NYTimes 1977 expose on the founders of the Pioneer Fund should say it all and many any decent person change their opinion of the US HOUSE version of anti-immigration.  It should also damn Tom Tancredo and a few more of his ilk.

Draper’s fascist-inspired vitriolic hatred of Communism and anything liberal led to his support of McCarthyism and the activities of HUAC, the House Un-American Activities Committee for over a decade. In the spirit of Dr. Josef Goebbels, he and his close associate at The Pioneer Fund, Dr. Harry H. Laughlin, actually created and then championed the “involuntary sterilization movement in America” the so-called “Buck vs. Bell” Supreme Court case which was favorably reviewed by Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes. It led directly to the involuntary sterilization of over 75,000 human beings between 1924 and 1972 in the approximately 24 states which passed similar laws at the behest and encouragement of The Pioneer Fund. Sound familiar? But the first major achievement of his work and that of Herr Laughlin, was when Hitler and Goebbels invited Laughlin to receive an honorary degree for his work in passing “The Model Eugenics Laws in America”. Hitler used the Draper-inspired American Eugenics Model to pass the law which will go down in infamy as the Nuremberg Laws: “On the Prevention of Hereditarily Ill Progeny” – the so-called Holocaust Laws…. The last time that Immigration laws were severely tightened was the 1924 Immigration Act which was accomplished, in my opinion, in direct anticipa- tion of the coming unrest in Europe during the 1930′s and 1940′s. These laws kept may legitimate refugees, all targeted for elimination by the Third Reich, from ever reaching a safe haven in the United States. The precisely identical intentions are at work today with this renewed emphasis on “Proposition 187″, which is intended to become “The Model Anti-Immigration Legislation in America” and for the rest of the world. ….the intention of the sponsors of “Proposition 187″ is to prevent those refugees targeted for “ethnic extinction” from ever reaching a safe haven in American or anywhere else in the free world for that matter. This is a very real and serious concern and every American who recognizes the true intentions of Proposition 187 should oppose it with their last breath and their last ounce of strength before it is too late.”

And a little more on Prop 187 and the laws Tanton helped pass, “Almost 30 states and many more local communities passed “English Only” statutes enshrining English as the language of official business. In 1994, after extensive campaigning by Tanton-supported groups, millions of Californians joined in passing Proposition 187, which denied social services to undocumented workers. Two years later, Tanton celebrated the passage of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act, a law meant to cut illegal immigration that was heavily backed by anti-immigration groups. It required that asylum seekers be held in detention until they established a credible fear of persecution at home, a process that could take years.”

Wow, are you as impressed with all this leadership?  I know I am!  It makes me recall a line Sean Connery had in the last Indiana Jones movie about goose-stepping little Nazis…!

I don’t like dealing with the DailyKos, but there are some things here I’ve been trying to find for ages.  The problem with much of this is how bad it makes the Republican Party look when we are dealing with people who cannot possibly be Republicans, but conservatives first, wackos second, and who knows what else third, but not Republican.

The most fun with this whole taudry little piece of racism and betrayal is the fact that the people listed below are considered ‘leaders’.  I’ve not heard of two-thirds of them.  Have you?

A group of 43 influential opinion leaders – including Alan Keyes, Phyllis Schlafly, David Horowitz and Swiftboat activist John O’Neill – have signed a declaration pledging to withhold support for any candidate, Democrat or Republican, who votes for legislation providing “amnesty” or a guest-worker program for illegal aliens. The members of a group called the Secure Borders Coalition say the immigration bill passed by the Senate and a plan proposed in the House by Rep. Mike Pence, R-Ind., – which they call “amnesty lite” – are unacceptable.”

Jim Boulet, Jr., English First  (opposed statehood for Puerto Rico)

When an organization links to Tanton, racism is sure to follow.  Larry Pratt, a close associate of Pat Buchanan was forced to step down from the Buchanan for president campaign after it was revealed he was consorting with members of the Aryan Nation (Nazis).

Voting Rights Act Stalled by Numbers USA

You know that stalled renewal of the Voting Right’s Act?  The Blog epluribusmedia has been doing a little snooping.  Guess What?  Numbers USA is behind it!

According to epluribusmedia:  “The letter floated around Congress for the next few months and picked up an additional 23 signatures before it was presented to Chairman Sensenbrenner on June 21st.

Who’s Really Behind the King Letter

It now appears some questions have come to light about exactly who is behind both the King letter and the effort to shelve the renewal of the VRA. The official copy of the letter that appears on the web site of the US Congress (www. house.gov) apparently was not generated by a house member or their staff, but rather by one of the leading anti-immigration/English only advocacy groups.

The copy of the letter (now available only in HTML cache ) that originally appeared on the House of Representatives web site; http://www.house.gov/pence/rsc/doc/121205_King_Bilingual_Ballot.doc, appears to have been authored by someone named KC McAlpin using a computer registered to the anti-immigration advocacy group NumbersUSA.(1)

This fact raises questions as to the identity of KC McAlpin, his affiliation with NumbersUSA, how this particular file ended up on the web site of the House of Representatives, and who is behind the letter?” … But this case appears that it might be slightly different. In this case it is quite possible that the actual letter that 79 Representatives put their names on was not in fact authored by one of their own, but rather by outside interests, interests with some rather disturbing skeletons in the closet.”

BINGO…EPLURIBUSMEDIA has made the connection – and so we have another voice in the fight against Tanton!

K. C. McAlpine, of Pro English – (a leader?)  Epluribusmedia puts it this way and answers the question as to who McAlpine is:  “In the conference room of the House Judiciary Committee on June 21st , the nexus of Tanton’s two worlds converged. The philosophies of Jean Raspail and John Vinson met with the political realities of Tom Tancredo (R-CO) and Steve King (R-IA). In one fell swoop, over forty years of civil rights legislation was jeopardized in the name of protecting American from hordes of foreign speaking invaders intent on destroying Western culture. Although wrapped in the popular rhetoric of the Republican right, the letter presented to Judiciary Chairman Sensenbrenner had its roots in the philosophies of the WITAN letter, and the Pioneer Fund. Reframed and sanitized by groups like FAIR and CIS, these philosophies have been pushed to the forefront of political discourse. The House Republicans, eager to shift the public’s focus away from war and deficits, have been more than willing to crawl in bed with the most extreme fringes of American society. The seventy-nine signatories of McAlpin’s letter, like many Americans, have come to embrace a form of covert racism and xenophobia that passes for patriotism these days. Using statistics gleaned from NumbersUSA and CIS, and talking points formulated by ProEnglish and FAIR, anti-immigration hardliners like Pete King, JD Haywood, Dana Roharbacher, and Tom Tancrdeo have managed to move their party further to the extreme, and with it much of the nation. With each passing day, polls show they are slowly but surely gaining support from the American people. But this would come as no surprise to Tanton, he’s been working his entire life to assure an America where, as Max Blumenthal wrote in The Nation, “most of the ultra-right’s signature issues have been co-opted by pseudo-populist media personalities and Republican politicians.”

KC McAlpin is the Executive Director of an organization called ProEnglish. According to their website, they are “the nation’s leading advocate(s) of official English. (They) work through the courts and in the court of public opinion to defend English’s historic role as the common, unifying language of the United States of America, and to persuade lawmakers to adopt English as the official language at all levels of government.”

The group is one of thirteen like-minded organizations founded by anti-immigrant advocate John Tanton. Tanton’s multi-million dollar web of groups includes not only ProEnglish and NumbersUSA, but also the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) and the Federation for Immigration Reform (FAIR).”

James R. Edwards, Consultant to NumbersUSA (Edwards writes for the racist VDARE)  He is also a member of the Hoover Institute and authoried this little piece of racist hate. The Pioneer Fund’s Anti-Life Agenda

Besides anti-immigration projects, the Pioneer Fund has also used its money for eugenic research. Eugenics is defined as “the study of hereditary improvement of the human race by controlled selective breeding.” New York millionaires created the Pioneer Fund “and charged it with backing research in heredity, eugenics and ”race betterment.” (Phoenix New Times, Jingo All the Way, December 25, 1997)

When questioned about Pioneer Fund contributions, Tanton “claimed ignorant about the Pioneer Fund’s connection to numerous researchers seemingly intent on proving the inferiority of blacks, as well as its unsavory ties to Nazism. Among materials published by Tanton’s Social Contract Press include the video Immigration by the Numbers, by Roy Beck, the executive director of NumbersUSA. (Phoenix New Times, Jingo All the Way, December 25, 1997
) “

Ellen Grigsby,Open Doors USA (make sure you check out their fundraising percentages – I won’t say ‘rip-off’ but only 30% of what they collect for chairity goes to charity.)  It really makes mad because I thought these people were doing good things.  Ellen Grigsby is a law professor and a writer.  I would not classify her as a ‘leader’.

Joan L. Hueter, American Council for Immigration Reform  (Hueter and this specific organization don’t even google!  I can’t find a record of them.  It must be one of those ‘ghost’ organizations.)

Mark Krikorian,Center for Immigration Studies  (Krikorian’s work appears in NRO, and the top conservative publications.  He is a Tanton shill).

Krikorian is a darling over at National Review, but yet he is a close associate of John Tanton who is a true liberal.  Another case of fake conservative syndrome?  Even the History Channel could see see through Kirkorian, so why can’t RINO Conservatives? ”The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), which was founded by John Tanton, is the parent group of the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) headed by Mark Kirkorian. Tanton wrote a memo on July 11, 1986 stating, To expand our fund-raising machine, we created the Center for Immigration Studies last year. We need to get CIS fully funded and entrenched as a major Washington think-tank, one that can venture into issues which FAIR is not yet ready to raise. Tanton is the infamous anti-population activist who said in a memo written in 1988 that continued immigration from Latin America would lead to the peaceful takeover of the nation by a group that is simply more fertile.”

A little more on FAIR from the SPLC:  “Yes, similarly, we’ve found that a woman named Rosemary Jenks, a lobbyist for NumbersUSA, is now working part-time out of the office of Rep. Tom Tancredo.

[Editor's note: Tancredo is a Colorado Republican, chairman of the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus, and a harsh immigration critic whose Web site carries data from one of Tanton's creations, the Center for Immigration Studies. Tancredo's Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus website links directly to a hard-edged hate group, the Voice of Citizens Together, also known as American Patrol.]

SWARTZ: That’s another example of infiltration at work. FAIR and the others have successfully placed their people around folks like Tancredo in Congress. IR: Are there other important methods that Tanton has employed? SWARTZ: Another tactic of Tanton’s is to turn ethnic groups on each other, to create conflict between different ethnic and racial groups. One of his big arguments has always been that immigration hurts blacks. FAIR has bought radio advertising on black radio stations to push that vision. A prime example was in Chicago 10 or 12 years ago, when an ad ran basically saying, “You know why you don’t have a job? Because some undocumented Mexican came in and stole yours from you.”FAIR also has hired black professionals and has put a lot of effort into building alliances with African-American intellectuals, because the unfortunate reality is that there is a lot of anti-immigrant sentiment in the black community. When you have dramatic demographic change going on in places like South Central Los Angeles — well, it’s the oldest trick in the book. It’s called making those who don’t have a lot but are making progress feel threatened by those coming after them.”

These organizations are an incestuous bunch controled by Greene/Viguerie

Chris Simcox, Minuteman Civil Defense Corps  (You know who he is)

How about no honor among thieves.  Thanks to the Pondering American for this breaking news!  I’ve been telling you Simcox and the funds raised for his projects weren’t quite above reproach.  Now there is proof.  Wonder how the anti-immigration puppets are going to handle it?  Greene has helped to promote this scam.

Alan Keyes, Declaration Alliance (You know who he is)

William Green, RightMarch.com  I still have very little on Green(e).  I have been digging for weeks and can find very little.

Richard A. Viguerie, Conservative HQ.com.  Note that Viguerie is the co-founder of the Moral Majority and is extremely anti-Bush.   Vaguerie is featured in today’s Pink Flamingo.  I think we are going to find Vaguerie and Greene are as much manipulators and puppeteers as Tanton.

Marc Rotterman, American Conservative Union  He is also involved with the John Locke Foundation a LIBERTARIAN think tank. Okay, the problem with all of this stuff is you need to scratch the surface to find out the racist in the woodpile.  So now we know why Rotterman is anti-immigration.  He is part of the NC anti-Hispanic bunch.

The Locke Foundation is bought and paid for by NC extreme conservative John William Pope.  He also gives huge amounts of money to the Pope Center at Chapel Hill – UNC.  The Pope Center sponsors think pieces.

In 2004 George Leaf wrote the following:  Do We Need to Have “Latina/o” Studies Programs? ”Has UNC done something wise or something silly in putting its imprimatur on yet another ethnic studies program? I’m inclined to see this as silly, another of those “feel-good” things that are so appealing to politicians, university administrators, and everyone else who gets to spend other people’s money.North Carolina does have a growing “Latina/o” (has the term “Hispanic” now been retired?) population, but it’s hard to see how that proves the need for the state’s flagship university needs to have a “Latina/o” program. UNC’s student newspaper, the Daily Tar Heel, provided a view into the workings of the multicultural mindset when it editorialized that “Students of all races have a use for cultural studies, and becoming a leading university requires improving cultural awareness.” So if more people of Latin origins or ancestry are moving in, we’d better get ready to understand them by offering some courses under the umbrella of “Latina/o Studies.” The implicit assumption seems to be that unless the university takes the lead in promoting “cultural awareness,” people of minority groups will not be socially accepted, or even face hostility. Never mind that there don’t seem to be any problems between the state’s non-Latino residents and the Latinos who have been living here for years. Real problems aren’t necessary; the mere suggestion that a new course might enhance the level of “cultural awareness” is sufficient. Let’s examine the justification for the Latina/o Studies Minor.
First, is it true that “cultural awareness” is necessary for people to cooperate or peacefully associate? Does someone think, “I understand and appreciate the Latino culture, therefore I like Jose?” It is far more likely that someone would think, ”Jose is a good co-worker, so I like him,” or “Jose roots for the Tar Heels, so I like him.” Good human relations don’t depend on a deep knowledge of another person’s culture, but instead on a small number of shared interests.Second, is it even true that there is a “Latina/o” culture to understand? Like whites, blacks, Chinese, and all other population groups, there are great differences among individuals of Latin descent – they don’t all believe the same things, like the same things, or act in similar ways. Whatever generalizations a student might draw from having taken courses in the Latina/o minor are apt to be inapplicable to many individual Latinos they might encounter. Third, would the courses students could take to complete this minor actually convey much knowledge about Latinos living in North Carolina? To get the minor, students have to take five courses drawn from a variety of departments. Here are some of the choices.”

Howard Phillips, The Conservative Caucus  Same thing, only different URL/s  You also find the same bunch under Conservative USA.

Jerome R. Corsi, author  – Corsi is doing much of the work on that insane conspiricy theory about linking the US, Mex, CA – and he is working with William Greene and Response Enterprises, where there is a Tancredo in the woodpile, with a direct link to Team America Pac, TT and Bay Buchanan

Rev. Lou Sheldon, Traditional Values Coalition, and they run ConservativePetitions.comNow we are getting somewhere.  The above is operated by ResponseEnterprises, Inc.  They were hired by Tom Tancredo to sponsor an anti-immigration online petition for Liberty Petitions.Com, paid for by Tancredo for Congress in 2003!

BINGO – they are operating the Minuteman petitions – ergo we are dealing with William Greene.   And somehow this site is connected.  Response Enterprises.com has a blank page site.  Something funny is going on.  They are also handling all of the minuteman stuff.   They also handle Alan Keyes Renew America.   This is ‘Road Driver’s Weekly News’ that goes back to Right March – or a page of it does..

Response Enterprises is also doing point with that stupid unification of the three countries – and it is a conspiricy theory that goes back to 1994 – so much for dumping all of this on GWB.  This comes from google:

INVASION OF AMERICA

And according to Jim Gilchrist for Congress, we are involved in the Final Phase of America,

Go to the bottom of the page for more on response enterprises, Tancredo, and gilchrist – all brought to you by William Greene.

What I don’t understand is this bunch at ResponseEnterprises ran GWB’s campaign, yet now they are out to destory him.  This is from a Bill Birkowitz article about William Greene and ResponseEnterprises.

The clients listed at Response Unlimited’s website mostly consist of a large number of radical right wing personalities and organizations including, Alan Keyes 2000, Alliance Defense Fund, Christian Action Network, Christian Coalition of America, Christianity Today, Clinton Investigative Commission, Focus on the Family, Gary Bauer for President, George W. Bush for President, Heritage Foundation, Jerry Falwell Ministries, Jesse Helms for Senate, Judicial Watch, National Republican Congressional Committee, National Republican Senatorial Committee, National Rifle Association, National Right to Life, Parents Television Council, Pat Buchanan 2000, Pat Robertson for President, Prison Fellowship Ministries, Republican National Committee, Rudolph W. Giuliani for Senate, Rush Limbaugh, Traditional Values Coalition, Washington Times, and World Magazine.”

Bay Buchanan, Team America PAC …. Media Matters has a litle swipe at Bay.

She works with TT.  Max. Blumenthol has a huge zinger against TT that comes from a 2005 blog entry about Immigration going national.  “That “group in Tennessee” which initiated a write-in campaign for Tancredo in 2004 was led by self-avowed “racial separationist” Virginia Abernethy, a leader of the white supremacist Council of Conservative Citizens. Tancredo is exactly the kind of guy the Republican party doesn’t want to run. Unfortunately for them, he’s exactly what the base wants.”

A little about Bay’s brother’s proclivities from the SPLC: “SWARTZ: There is a transatlantic character to the ideological underpinnings of the Tanton movement. I believe that there has been for years substantial financial and political and personnel interaction between the Tanton movement here and the anti-immigration movements in Europe.

I remember in the ’80s, when I was always debating Conner in a variety of public forums, that he made a lot of references to France, how he had just come back from France and so on.

In fact, I believe that FAIR and Tanton have an agenda of seeking a Front National [a virulently anti-immigrant French party] type of political party in the United States, in significant part through their strong involvement in the Reform Party.

Their takeover attempt was personified by the former governor of Colorado, Dick Lamm, who is a FAIR adviser and director and who tried to run for president in 1996 on the Reform Party ticket.

In 2000, Pat Buchanan, whose views are quite similar to those of FAIR, also tried to take over the Reform Party. [Editor's note: Glenn Spencer was scheduled to speak to the Iowa Reform Party this April.] So while I can’t name names, I would guess a significant number of Reform activists are connected to the Tanton network.

But then again, both Lamm and Buchanan failed pathetically. This gives hope that their ideology is seen as bankrupt by most Americans.”

Peggy Birchfield, Religious Freedom Action Coalition  Birchfield and William J Murray are part of the same group. They are both dedicated to meddling in ‘liberal’ churches, and ratting them out” as if it is anyone’s business.  Churches have a right to do what the do without ‘big brother’ snooping to see if they are liberal or conservative.  I am serious!   William J. Murray, Religious Freedom Coalition; FYI – the two organizations listed are the same, only their names have been changed to make it look like more ‘leaders’ are involved in this little piece of racism.

Phyllis Schlafly, Eagle Forum; Schiafly has turned into a xenophobic old bat.  Once upon a time she was considered a good Republican or did she just have a thing for Ronald Reagan.  All she does now is criticize GWB.  I just can’t imagine her betraying the Republican Party.

Brent Bozell, Conservative Victory Committe  I am starting to notice that some ‘Conservatives’ are not running as Republicans.  Something is going on here.  Look for Simcox as an endorsement of this yahoo.  Bozell is WFB’s nephew.   Bozell is also a master at self promotion.   From Sourcewatch:  “In June 1998, Mr. Bozell launched the Conservative Communications Center (C3) to provide the conservative movement with the marketing and public relations tools necessary to deliver its message into the 21st century. C3′s online news division, the Cybercast News Service at www.CNSNews.com, has become a major internet news source with a full staff of journalists in its Washington, DC metro bureau, and operates bureaus in London and Jerusalem, with other correspondents around the world,” his biographical note states.

“Bozell is a nationally syndicated writer whose work has appeared in a wide range of publications.

“Mr. Bozell is Executive Director of the Conservative Victory Committee (CVC), an independent multi-candidate political action committee that has helped elect dozens of conservative candidates over the past ten years. He was National Finance Chairman for the 1992 Buchanan for President campaign, and Finance Director and later President of the former National Conservative Political Action Committee (NCPAC). He currently belongs to the Council for National Policy (CNP) and sits on the Board of Directors of the American Conservative Union (ACU),” his biographical note states.”

Mario A. Calabrese, from what I can tell, is something of a master of dirty tricks with an ax to grind against the Bush family, as is exhibited in this Etherzone ‘expose’.

Christine Carmouche, GrassTops USA

I’m having the same problems trying to find anything out about Christine Carmouche as this liberal expose:  “Wait, now I’m confused! When I go to LaptopLobbyist.com I am taken to a “NOT FOUND” page. What’s up with that? Then when I go to LaptopActivist.com (Their new site) they say that they’re LaptopLobbyist.com in their logo at the top of their page. But the URL right above that clearly says “http://laptopactivist.com/” What’s up with that? They’re not the Laptop Lobbyists! Seems very unprofessional to me. The last thing I’d want is these people delivering me news or telling me who to vote for. Why would they have such a confusing web address? Please don’t tell me that it’s because of Normal Bob Smith. Because when you Google “Laptop Lobbyist,” Normal Bob Smith is all over the place! There’s also a whole bunch of negative press that pops up under that search (see left sidebar). What the fuck? People saying things like “Laptop Lobbyist is an awful site” and “Laptop Lobbyist is a rip-off,” even an NPR reporter leaving them a phone message saying, “Hi, my name is Rachel. I wanted to tell you that you’re evil horrible people. You’re awful people. You represent horrible ideas. God hates you and He wants to kill your children. You should all burn in hell. Bye.”Then, about 4 or 5 lines down on this Google list is a link for “LaptopLobbyist.com.” Everything sounds normal, right? Wrong! It’s not a link to them at all! It’s a link to, well, this page! WHAT’S up with THAT? Looks to me like solid proof that Carter Clews (CEO) and Chris Carmouche (Exec. Dir.) suck! I think that’s exactly what this indicates. Laptop Lobbyist, or Laptop Activist, or whatever alias they’re hiding behind at any given moment must totally, royally suck to be so screwed on the Internet! I mean, they’re totally Normal Bob Smith’s bitch on Google! What an embarrassment. Even typing “Laptop Activist” into Google doesn’t bring up LaptopActivist.com. That’s unheard of!”

NOTE:  MY BLOG HARBOR EDITING CONTROLS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY.  I APOLOGIZE FOR THE ITALICS – SJR

You will probably want to read this expose of the Caramouche activist team.  Bottom line here, these people DO NOT qualify as leaders.

NEW MEDIA ALLIANCE

The Rant

Howard Phillips is one of the movers behind this nasty little piece of Anti-Republican propaganda.  It appeared on his webside on June 28.  Note the difference in ‘signers’.  Something stinky is going on here

This is on his site  “Visit HowardPhillips.com every day for the latest commentary, news and action items in support of restoring our Constitutional Republic”   When you see the buzz word ‘restoring our Constitutional Republic“  They are up to no good and have libertarian connections – AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REPUBLICAN PARTY and are invested in its defeat.

“We call on both Houses of Congress to heed the American people and reject the Senate bill, the Pence bill, or any other bill that provides legalization of illegal aliens or substantial increases in legal immigration. We call on the House leadership to refuse to appoint members to a conference committee for the Senate bill.

If any such bill is enacted, including the Senate bill or the Pence bill, we pledge to withhold political support from any Member of Congress who votes for it.

Finally, we dedicate ourselves to defeating any 2008 presidential candidate who supports the Senate bill, the Pence bill, or any other bill that provides legalization of illegal aliens or substantial increases in legal immigration. We pledge to do so regardless of political party and in both the primaries and the general election.
